Our wigs are all free size (standard), with an adjustable belt on the cap for your adjustment and comfort. Size is seldom a problem, as the adjustable caps will fit over most wig users.

For synthetic wig items, quality Japanese fibres, Kanenkalon and Toyokalon, are used to give lustre, a soft touch and natural look. Otherwise, good grade human hair is used in human hair products for even more versatility and durability.

An easy way is to secure your own hair with a wig cap. Give your wig a gentle shake. Loosen the hooks on the adjustable belt in the back of the wig as you can resize later. See How To’s for details.

You can use a brush or your fingers if it is a curly style. Your wig comes in a basic style but the looks you can achieve through styling are endless. For example, if you want extra volume or height, try teasing or back combing.

Yes, use a moderate amount and style as like it’s your own hair for the look you desire.

It largely depends on the individual – for example, do you wear it outdoors (dust, sweat etc) or indoors? In general, we recommend a wash after wearing it around 10 times.

Either the parting or the crown area of our monofilament wigs is hand-tied with hair/fibre to the base net, giving a superiorly natural look just like your own hair and extra comfort.

Only defeated items may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 7 days of the date of receipt of parcel. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, not worn or altered. Exchanged orders will be delivered to you free of charge. We will also cover return shipping costs.
An email confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of any returned items. To exchange or return an item, please email us for an authorisation code BEFOREHAND. This authorisation code must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the package will not be accepted!
