Order Confirmation

When your credit card payment is accepted byWorldpay, we will send an order confirmation to you by email. Worldpay will also send a transaction confirmation for your record. Upon confirmation, no orders can be cancelled.

Delivery

• Deliveries will take 7-10 business days, depending on the delivery address. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
• Please note that because we use international carriers (DHL / EMS / Fedex) to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. A delivery confirmation together with a tracking number will be sent to you then. Please allow extra time for delivery during high season.
• If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is attempted without success on further occasions, the goods will be returned to our Office.

Postages

When you order online, you will be asked to enter the country of delivery. After this, we will calculate the delivery charge appropriate to your destination. International delivery is available for the following countries:

Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes; any additional charges for custom clearance are to be borne by you. Wigswigs.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

If a wrong item is sent by mistake, please return it to us at our expenses. Please see Returns & Refunds.
